Akia dives into the snowbank to save the boy, calling out her Ninetales just in time. Using Fire Spin to protect the two, Lance manages to melt the collapsing snow, leaving a ring of singed grass in his wake. Dia realizes what happened, and runs over to Akia to assist her.

With the limited color palette, I decided to use a combination of cell shading and gradients, resorting to shading in black for the dark colors and the darker gray for the lighter colors. Also, I've been feeling out different perspectives and backgrounds, since I have a project coming up that will require a lot of background work. 8)
